TRAINING & RECRUITMENT

Hawk Commando Security Services Training programmes are designed to improve the skills and knowledge of each individual, with the objective of providing smart, motivated, quality conscious and effective guards. In order to achieve this objective, the company has setup a fully equipped training institute where basic and refresher courses are conducted, for new and experienced guards respectively. The institute also undertakes specially designed courses for supervisory level and managerial level candidates. Hawk Commando Security Services provide basic and specialized security & fire fighting training. Hawk Commando training programs starting from recruitment of personnel to making them most efficient and professional security individuals.
Our strength of having good presence in ills and states adjoining hills like Uttarakhand, Himachal plays an important role in having good percentage of Ex-servicemen and people from hills as trainees at our training institute, which in turn results into more dedicated and honest individuals as guards or supervisors on our role. The persons recruited by us are based on following parameters:
Personnel received by us are of Height Minimum 5’7″ for general category and 5’5″ for Gorkhas, Garhwali, Kumaoni, and weight proportionate to height.
Personnel recruited by us are of minimum 20 years of age and maximum 45 years of age.
For Ex-servicemen, we have relaxation up to 50 years for supervisors and above ranks.
Personnel recruits by us are of minimum matriculate and minimum Army II, II for Ex-Servicemen. Personnel recruits for specialized jobs are on the basis of requirements of that specific job.
Level 1 – Basic Security
Level 2 – Industrial Security
Level 3 – Fire Fighting
Level 4 – Electronic Monitoring Systems
Level 5 – Personnel Protection (Only for commandos)
Level 6 – Training at Site
Hawk Commando Security Service conducts a series of integrated Security programmes on a regular basis for security managers and professionals responsible for security.
The international level course provides and opportunity for security management personnel to broaden their understanding on various security issues.
We have a contract for training with White Tiger Security Training Institute, Paras Plaza Vasant Vihar, Dehradun.
After taking training for one month, they come to us for duty.
